Power Reserve is a local product on iOS. Most issues are resolved by naming the exact screen, the button you used, and what you expected to happen. There is no in-app live chat in the default product.

Security-sensitive reports (someone else accessing your Apple ID, fraudulent charges) should go to Apple as well as to the address below when an address is published.
