Acceptance

By using Power Reserve you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

Updates

Installing an update is acceptance of the terms published with that version's store listing when the listing points at this URL.

Licence grant

Power Reserve provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates. We grant you a limited licence to run the unmodified app obtained from Apple on iOS.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with other people's devices or Apple services.
• Do not bypass licence checks, sandbox limits, or purchase entitlements.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful material, or another person's private data without rights.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

4. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Together, that notice and these terms describe the product. If they conflict on a data-handling point, the Privacy Policy controls for that point.

Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power Reserve is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular professional purpose. Consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded remain in place.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Taina Moreira is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Brazil.

General

If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are the full agreement for use of Power Reserve unless a signed writing says otherwise. Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
